Garner Lee PHELPS was born Aug. 12, 1920 to Roy L. and Mary Lou GARNER

PHELPS. Garner Lee PHELPS married Erna EICHHORN of Victoria, TX on Nov. 8,

1946.



Roy L. Phelps was the son of John PHELPS and Mary Elizabeth HAWK PHELPS.

Roy was born May 8, 1881 in Canton, IL. He moved to Rockwall, TX with his

family at age 7 (1888)



Roy L. PHELPS married Mary Lou GARNER on May 1, 1907. Mary GARNER was born

on Jan. 24, 1885 in Rockwall TX. She died Feb. 18, 1934. Roy L. PHELPS

died Aug. 1, 1959 in Pt. Worth, TX and is buried in Rockwall, TX.



Other children of Roy L. PHELPS and Mary Lou GARNER are Dorothy PHELPS b.

June 19, 1909 and married Robert Dellon WATKINS on June 14, 1930. Roy and

Mary Lou PHELPS had a third child who died in infancy.
