Ralph McKee

Ralph McKee, 59, of Orange, Texas, died Friday, July 9, 2004, at Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital in Orange. Funeral services will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, July 12th at Claybar Funeral Home Chapel in Orange. Burial will follow at Autumn Oaks Memorial Park in the McLewis Community. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home in Orange. A native and lifelong resident of Orange, Ralph worked as a heavy equipment operator with the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 450, of Nederland, Texas. He retired from Local 178 in Fort Worth, Texas. He had served in the United States Army Reserve. He was preceded in death by his parents, Seabron Reese McKee and Devona A. (Potter) McKee, and brother, John Alton McKee. He is survived by the mother of his children, Gloria McKee of Orange; his son and daughter-in-law, Jayson and Mindy McKee of Houston, Texas; his son, Stuart McKee of Orange; and grandson, Peyton Grey McKee of Houston; one brother, Seabron Reese McKee, Jr. and his wife Pat, of Orange; and one sister, Charlotte Ann McKee of Dallas.
