James Michael Jenkins

October 15, 2007



James Michael Jenkins, 55, of Buckholts died Oct. 15 in a Temple Hospital. Funeral services

will be held 11 a.m. Friday in the Kathryn W. Green Chapel of Green-Patterson Funeral Home

in Cameron with Rev. Walter Matus officiating. A rosary will be recited at 6:30 p.m. today

at Green-Patterson Funeral Home. Graveside services and burial will follow in the St. Cyril

and Methodius Catholic Cemetery in Marak.



Jenkins was born July 24, 1952 in Brazoria County to James C. and Jo Ann Jenkins. He was a

telephone technician. He graduated from Cleburne High School in 1970. He was also a member

of the Catholic Church.



Survivors include son, Dustin Jenkins of Grandview; daughters, Johanna Jenkins of Grandview,

Mikayla Jenkins of Covington, and Natalie Jenkins also of Covington; father, James C. Jenkins

of Bastrop; mother, Jo Ann Slavik Tatum of Buckholts; stepfather, Lynwood Tatum of Buckholts;

stepmother; Charlotte Jenkins of Bastrop; brothers, Chris Jenkins of Willis, Tim Jenkins of

Grandview, and David Jenkins of Oskak, Japan; sisters, Laura Eastin of Quinlan; stepbrothers,

Dee Tatum, Eddie Tatum, and Woody Tatum all of Fort Worth; stepsisters, Vicky Cuppett,

Cathy Raymond, and Toni Provence, all of Fort Worth.
