The following were listed in other counties:

* Clay Co. -- Johnson Co.

Burdell, Dr. - Theft; indicted May, 1876.
Was last heard of practicing medicine in Johnson county.

* Collin Co. -- Johnson Co.

Brinlee, David - Murder;
supposed to be in Bosque or Johnson counties or thereabout.

* Lavaca Co. - Johnson Co.

White, Ben. - Assault to kill; committed 1871; indicted same year;
white, black hair, very dark skin;
supposed to be in Johnson, Erath or Hood counties.

* Leon Co. - Johnson Co.

Collins, Bruce; and Collins, B. F. - Assault with intent to ravish;
committed July 26, 1876; indicted December 14, 1876.
Bruce is a boy about 17 years old, light complexion,
sandy hair, about 5 feet 7 inches high.
B. F. Collins is a heavy set man, heavy red beard, light hair,
ruddy complexion, about 24 years old, about 5 feet 8 inches.
When heard from were in Johnson county.

* Wise Co. - Johnson Co.

Brock, J. T. Indicted May 14, 1877, for theft of hog,
committed in April, same year.
Is a rather small, dark-complexioned man, about 32 years old;
has a wife and two children.
Last heard from was in Johnson county.
