Martin and we are the county coordinators for BORDEN County. Come

The Holdens were prominent West Texas Educators and authors, their subjects were pioneer life , cattle industry, archeaology, indians, cowboys, local history, ect. Their papers are in the Texas Tech's Southwest Collections and Special Collection Library in Lubbock Texas. worth checking for other references. Hampton,
Howard (John Howard), 1898-1967- An Inventory of His Papers, 1659-1957
and undated, at the SouthwestCollection/Special Collections Library.
